Registration for the 2008 season is underway. Below you will find a list of the materials needed to register. Online registration is closed. You can mail the completed forms to the address at the bottom left. We cannont guarantee a spot on a team for this 2008 season.
Players must have:
- A copy of your birth certificate or other accepted proof of age (such as a passport).
- A complete Pop Warner Medical Release Form for the player's physical exam (in calendar 2008) signed by a doctor, certifying that the player is physically fit to play tackle football. Do not wait on this one, set up the physical early.
- A complete Player Contract signed by the player and parent/guardian.
- A photograph, head and shoulders, NO HAT, 2"x2" or 2"x3".
- 2 copies (on 8 1/2 x 11) of school report cards for all 2007-2008 school year grading periods (thru June). Must have all quarters or semesters.
- Completed scholastic form.
- Registration fee.
All players will be required to attend a conference certification day in late
August. This is mandatory for all 7,000+ players in the
Peninsula Conference.
